The A1S8 Society LLC is an organization whose goal is return our country to its conservative Constitutional principles. To do this the Society is an organization that will do for Article 1 Section of our Constitution, what the NRA does for the Second Amendment.

The goal of the A1S8 Society LLC is to inform Americans about the effect of two events which occurred during FDR’s administration that created the huge government we have today.

•The first event was how FDR changed the interpretation of the general Welfare clause in Article 1 Section 8. When FDR did this it changed our Constitution from a blueprint for a limited government to a living document that allows our government to do anything it wants to do.
•The second event was the passage of the Current Payment Tax of 1943. This law made it so that the taxes that fund our government get paid before you do! When your taxes are deducted from your paycheck before you get paid your taxes are paid daily instead of quarterly and in the next year as they had been before this law was passed.

To educate the American public about these two events is not something that one man or a small organization can do alone. To do that the A1S8 Society needs people to join it. When people join the Society we can educate the American public on how liberalism has become ingrained in our society. When people join the Society the work to return our country to the conservative Constitutional principles upon which it was founded will begin!

Contract for America

(1) Repeal laws not allowed by the enumerated powers listed in Article I Section 8.
Our Constitution was written to limit the size of our government.

(2) Repeal the 1943 Current Tax Payment Act.
This law created the automatic withholding of taxes from our paychecks.

(3) Repeal the XVII Amendment.
Return power to the states, have state legislatures appoint their U.S. Senators.

(4) Reduce the power of special interest groups.
No group is entitled to permanent special treatment by our government.

(5) Real Campaign Finance Reform
Only voters who live in the district can donate to candidates for that district.

(6) Restore Fiscal Sanity to our government with a Balanced Budget Amendment
Deficit spending is living beyond our means and debt is slavery.

(7) Require members of Congress to read the entire bill.
Write bills in plain English so anyone can read and understand them.

(8) Repeal the FICA Tax
It is not the job of our government to provide for anyone’s retirement.

(9) Repeal the Medicare and Medicaid laws.
As with Social Security health care is not the job of our government.

(10) Return the Dollar to the Gold Standard
This will help eliminate inflation.

These ten proposals are ambitious in what they attempt to accomplish. But a conservative revolution is not for the faint of heart. What is at stake is the future of our country. We must return to the ideals and principles our country was founded upon or we can watch as our country destroys itself. The choice is ours.
